We are currently looking to hire qualified 

Wash Attendants and Tunnel Loaders

As a wash attendant, you will be the first person to greet our customers and serve as the face of Warrior Wash Milwaukee. Your role is to assist customers with choosing the best plan or wash that fits their vehicle's needs. Your enthusiasm and passion for helping guide customers through sales will be the most important aspect of turning every interaction into a memorable experience.

As a tunnel loader, you will ensure the customers complete care and safety as they enter the wash. Your role is to guide customers into the wash tunnel and make sure everything runs smoothly from the time they enter to the time they exit. Your positive attitude and attention to details will ensure a quick, easy, and safe wash process for all customers and their vehicles.

Responsibilities include:

  • Working with a fun team in an adventurous environment, rotating among different areas and completing different tasks throughout the day.

  • Assisting and communicating with all positions to ensure a safe environment for all customers and employees alike. This includes general areas of maintenance and clean up. Keep an eye out for abnormalities in equipment or chemicals and alert management immediately.

  • Guide vehicles into the tunnel with a polite, calm, and focused demeanor. Perform quick visual inspections on vehicles and follow applicable policies and protocols to deliver the best possible wash result and experience.

  • Help maintain the locations appearance and cleanliness, taking initiative in completing tasks quickly and concisely.

  • Build trusting relationships with customers and be able to recommend products and services that best fit the customers' wants and needs. Use printed marketing materials to thoroughly explain details of all wash packages and products.

Warrior Wash Careers

Requirements:

  • Show complete care and respect for customers and their vehicles at all times.

  • Guide customers through the sale process with excellent customer service and be able to confidently assist with any questions or problems.

  • Use reasonable discretion when making quick decisions or problem solving and direct any questions or uncertainties to management.

  • Be active indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures and weather conditions.

  • Ability to stand on feet for long periods of time in a fast-paced work environment.

  • Have a positive, team-player attitude with high energy and a strong work ethic.

  • Ability to lift 25 lbs. independently and perform physically demanding tasks.

  • Follow and obey all safety policies and practices.

  • Perform weekly and daily cleaning tasks, including but not limited to:

    • Sweeping and mopping

    • Emptying garbage bins

    • Removing clogs from vacuum hoses

    • Power washing multiple areas on site

    • General disinfecting of appropriate equipment

    • Cleaning bathroom facilities
