  • Do I need a sticker for my windshield?
    We utilize License Plate Readers in all three of our lanes that will recognize the plate number on your account and let you through. You will generally not need a sticker if your regular WI license plate is free of obstructions such as dirt, scratches or peeling. Vanity license plates, such as the Road America all-black plate, may have issues with being captured correctly. Temporary license plates will not be captured and are not able to receive an RFID sticker for security purposes. If you are waiting on new plates, please press the "Help" button on the kiosk so that an attendant can look up your account by phone number and let you through. ✅Regular WI License Plates All regular plates free from obstructions should not require a sticker for their plan. ⚠️Regular WI License Plates with Special Characteristics Regular plates with special characteristics and symbols may be read incorrectly from time to time. Please notify an attendant if you are having issues getting through the gate and they will register you a sticker. ❌Vanity License Plates Vanity plates with dark backgrounds and white letters may read incorrectly from time to time. Please notify an attendant if you are having issues getting through the gate and they will register you a sticker.
  • When will I be charged each month for the plan?
    Your Unlimited plan plus applicable taxes will reload to the payment method on file on the day of the month on which you signed up for the plan. For example, if you signed up on January 15th, you will be charged for your plan next on February 15th.
  • How do I change my license plate number?
    To change your license plate number, please stop into our lobby or give us a call. We will be more than happy to update any information associated with your Unlimited plan.
  • How do I change my vehicle information?
    To switch or update vehicle information associated with your Unlimited plan, please stop into our lobby or give us a call and we will be more than happy to help.
  • How do I update my payment method?
    To update the payment method connected to your Unlimited plan, select the “Manage Your Membership” button. Enter the phone number you provided when signing up for the plan, then enter the code sent to you by text message. Click the menu tab on the top right of the screen and press “Manage” to view your receipt. Click the three dots on the top right of your plan details. Press “Change Payment Card” and click “Proceed with a new card”. Enter your new card details and press “Submit”. This card will now be charged for all future plan renewals until changed again.
  • Can I add a car to my Unlimited plan?
    Yes, you can have up to 5 vehicles total on the Unlimited Ultimate Warrior plan. One vehicle will cost $34.99 per month plus applicable tax. Each additional vehicle will cost $20.00 per month plus applicable tax. There are no limits on washes with any vehicle associated with your plan. You are able to have multiple cars on separate Extreme, Deluxe, or Express plans connected to the same payment method and/or cardholder name. You will be charged the full plan amount plus applicable tax for each vehicle on these plans. Please stop into our lobby or give us a call with any questions about multiple vehicles on a plan.
  • How do I cancel my membership?
    We are glad to offer a no-contract membership that allows you to cancel at any time. We also allow plan suspensions for members who would like to "pause" their memberships. To notify us to cancel your membership, please contact us via your preferred method of communication. You can find our information at the "Contact Us" button below. To cancel your membership online, select the “Manage Your Membership” button. Enter the phone number you provided when signing up for the plan to log into your account. Click the menu tab on the top right of the screen and press “Manage” to view your receipt and plan details. Click the three dots on the top right of your receipt. Press “Cancel” and enter a reason for cancellation. Your plan will still be available to use until the renew date. * If you have multiple plans connected to the same phone number, you may not be able to cancel on your own due to software bugs. Please contact us and we will be happy to assist you. * *Please refrain from disputing charges with your bank until contacting us. Thank you!*
  • What are the Unlimited Plan Terms and Conditions?
    When signing up for an unlimited plan, you will be asked to read and agree to the terms and conditions of the membership. These are listed on the receipt you can choose to receive after signing up. TERMS AND CONDITIONS: I authorize Warrior Wash Milwaukee to charge my credit card account [Plan Price] plus tax on a monthly basis for the Unlimited [Plan] Wash. I understand this Automatic Recharge Authorization shall remain in force until I cancel. I understand Warrior Wash may cancel this plan at any time, and that the plan will be cancelled if the monthly charge is declined by the card processing system. I understand that circumstances may affect the availability of services, including equipment failure or inclement weather. I understand that monthly rates may be increased, with notice posted at the site at least 30 days in advance.
  • What is Rain-X® Pro Graphene?
    Rain-X® Pro Graphene is uniquely formulated with proprietary graphene shield nanotechnology that gently removes light contaminants and dirt while reducing the effects of chips and cracks on paint. Graphene nanoplatelets form a matrix with hydrophobic polymers to enhance water beading and provide long-lasting protection from harmful UV rays and accumulation of soil buildup.
  • What is Armor-All® Ceramic Seal?
    Armor-All® Ceramic Seal is a white foaming liquid made of synthetic polymer-based ceramic technology that bonds to previously applied layers of product to deliver three times the shine and protection. The seal effectively works to shield paint from harmful UV rays, create a water repellent bond with the paint, and enhance shine overall.
  • What is Armor-All® Carnauba Extreme Shine Wax?
    Armor-All® Carnauba Extreme Shine Wax is derived from the leaves of the carnauba tree and commonly used as a glossing agent that provides a protective layer of shiny wax on your car's paint. Carnauba wax offers long-lasting protection from harmful UV rays, heat, rain, and other elements.
  • What is the difference between "Wheel Brightener" and "Tire Shine"?
    Wheel brightener is an automatic sprayer that senses your car's tires and rims to polish and clean them as you go through the wash. Tire shine is a brush machine that enhances shine by applying a jelly polish product and brushing it into the tire. Tire shine occurs at the end of your wash as you go through the dryers.
  • What is the difference between "Turbo Dry" and "Heated Turbo Dry"?
    Turbo Dry is included in our Express and Deluxe wash packages. These are large, high-powered dryers that effectively dry your car as you are exiting the wash. Heated Turbo Dry is included in our Extreme and Ultimate Warrior wash packages. An additional heated dryer at 120 degrees is involved in the drying process that speeds up the drying time.
  • What is Salt Blaster?
    Salt Blaster is a soap product that helps to prevent rust and breaks down pesky salt stuck on your vehicle’s paint.
  • What is Warrior Foam?
    Warrior Foam is a triple-foam scented soap made up of three different colors that polishes and waxes the paint of your vehicle with the help of our neoprene foam brushes.
  • What is sprayed on my windshield when I first enter the wash?
    When you first enter the wash, our attendants will spray your windshield and back window with “Bug Prep”. This is to help loosen any bugs or dirt stuck to your windows or in any crevices before you enter the wash so that your car is fully cleaned by the time you exit the tunnel.
  • Is the wash Soft Touch or Touchless?
    Warrior Wash Milwaukee is a Soft Touch tunnel. The brushes scrub your car with mild friction to help with the removal of different types of dirt and grime.
  • How do I go through the wash?
    After purchasing your wash at the kiosk, pull towards the automatic door to make it open. An attendant will guide your tire onto the conveyor belt, directing you to turn the wheel forward, left, or right. Once the attendant instructs you to stop, put your car in neutral, keep your feet off the pedals, and hands off the wheel. Putting your car in neutral allows rollers on the conveyor belt to push your car through the wash. At the exit, stop and go lights will instruct you when it is okay to put your car back in drive and leave the tunnel. If you have any questions about how to go through the wash, ask an attendant at the kiosk or keep your window rolled down as you go to ask the attendant in the tunnel.
  • Will the brushes harm my car?
    No, the brushes will not harm your car! Our brushes are made of neoprene foam that does not soak up soap, water or dirt. If you’d like to feel the foam from the brushes before your wash or have any more questions, please stop into our lobby.
